What's for Supper?

I thought I'd do a fun little segment once a week called "What's for supper" and show you something I cooked for supper.  Just 1 day a week.  Might jog you ideas of what to make for supper for your family.  I know I struggle some days for an idea of what to cook.  Last week I made a Beef Stir-fry.


This is a fast and very easy meal.  All you need is:
  1. Cut Beef (small-medium pack)
  2. Bag of Frozen Stir-fry Veggies
  3. A bottle of Honey-garlic VH Sauce
Just cook your meat in a little but of virgin Olive oil.  When it's cooked throw in your veggies and sauce.  Cook until the veggies are soft.

On the side I cook some rice.


It's just minute rice with a little Margarine, salt, pepper and Oregano.
