Gothic Vampire Costume Review

Watch out! This Adult Plus Sultry Sorceress Costume might just put a spell on you because it could be all yours. This outfit comes with a black gown. The floor-length black gown comes with an attached black hood. The bell-styled sleeves fan out to provide mobility and fun. With slits in the skirt of the dress, you can tease and tantalize your luscious legs, maybe with a pair of black fishnet pantyhose purchased on this site. The Sultry Sorceress Costume fits most women between the sizes of 16W and 24W. Use the power that comes with this outfit to control the tempo and flow of your next Halloween party or event.

I love the Halloween Adventure store!  They have many amazing great quality costumes.  I was given the opportunity to review a costume of my choice and I chose the above costume.   It only took 5 business days to arrive!  That was impressive because the mail is usually so slow.

My daughter was just as excited as I was when I opened the package.  The costume can be used for so many different looks.  You could be a vampire, witch, doll, queen. The ideas are endless.

I got the costume for myself but Lexi (daughter) saw it and came up with an idea for herself, though the costume is a little big for her she pulled off the look she was going for perfectly.

She calls her look Voodoo Doll.

Pretty creepy right!

Anyhow,  I just adore the costume and I highly recommend that when your shopping for a costume that you click the link above (the name of the store) and buy from Halloween Adventure Costumes.  I was not paid to give them a good review, I give it only when I feel the product is truly worth buying.

SPOTLIGHT AUTHOR J.L.ROBB 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE END The Book is a thriller and a love story about Jeffrey Ross, the main character, who is an atheist and has been most of his life. Jeff always adored his wife, Melissa, and still did. Only now Melissa was the ex-wife, who he still adored. He guessed she left because he wouldn’t go to church. He was pretty flawless, he knew.

This novel is written for all adult thinkers, believer or non-believer, a book that may answer some of the questions posed by the likes of Bill Maher and other celebrities who apparently claim atheism as their belief system.

One of the things the Bible states in its predictions about The End is that it will be like it was in the “days of Noah.” People will be partying hard, scoffing at believers like they scoffed at Noah, drinking and being merry and trying to make a fool of God. Then it started to rain.

That is happening today. Many today are narcissistic, lovers of themselves, lovers of material things and believe that mankind evolved from the single-celled amoeba, not created supernaturally.
Then the end will come. There will be no laughing on that day.

Though this seven-part series is a fictional account of how The End could happen, it is based on years of research, not just from the Bible and the Quran but also from archeological research and discovery.

When that day comes, it will not be a happy-camper type of day, as that day is described as the Day of God’s Wrath.

A novel of intrigue, mystery and romance as Jeffrey Ross journeys through loss after personal loss, with each loss driving him further from belief in God. Failing to see the “signs” and having very little biblical  knowledge, Jeff is beginning to wonder if the end really is near. Wars were erupting everywhere, and he remembered his mom and aunt talking about “the signs of the times,” but that was mysticism in his mind. As Islamic terrorism takes a greater hold in America and Europe, God has plans of His own. He doesn’t need mankind to destroy His creation.
As the sun erupts in “unusual” activity, power grids around the world shut down. A world without electricity is very dark at night. But in the dark night sky, a comet has appeared and is headed directly toward Earth; and suicide bombers have invaded the malls. A thought begins to invade Jeff’s mind: What if the Bible is true?

Book One of this series was my #1 LOVED BOOK last year and Book two is just as amazing.  Each book gets better and better.  Here is my review of Book 1!~

PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE AWESOME AUTHOR'S WEBSITE!!!

I've read a lot of books and will admit to most of them being written by female authors only.  I was very skeptical of this book because not only is it written by a man; parts of the book talk religions. Author J.L. Robb has changed my opinion completely towards books by men.  I shall endeavour to buy and read more books by men thanks to him and this most excellent read.
I do have a faith but it's not something I often speak of because it bothers a lot of people.  I was resilient to the fact that this book held information about religion and I thought that maybe the author would be using his book to preach but he DID NOT.  This book was tastefully written with lots of information and a wonderful story as well.
I liked it so much that I am sharing the book with my brother.
This book was action packed, full of suspense and intrigue right from the beginning.  It's an unbelievable read!
So far this year I have been asked often which book has been my favourite and so far I haven't been able to answer that because I enjoyed them all but I knew within a week the memory of it would be replaced with a new book.
With this book that won't happen, I will remember this book for years to come and because of that I can tell you honestly that this book is my favourite of the year.
It will take an amazing book to replace this one this year and I just don't think that will happen.

I will never forget this book!
I recommend this book to anyone!  I couldn't get through it fast enough and I cannot wait for the next book!  Cheers to the author who wrote it and thank you for telling such a riveting story!

5 Stars for "Declan's Cross" by Carla Neggers

An escape to an idyllic Irish seaside village is about to turn deadly in this riveting new novel by master of romantic suspense Carla Neggers.

For marine biologist Julianne Maroney, two weeks in tiny Declan's Cross on the south Irish coast is a chance to heal her broken heart. She doesn't expect to attract the attention of FBI agents Emma Sharpe and Colin Donovan—especially since a Donovan is the reason for her broken heart.

Emma and Colin are in Ireland for their own personal retreat. Colin knows he's a reminder of everything Julianne wants to escape, but something about her trip raises his suspicion. Emma, an art crimes expert, is also on edge. Of all the Irish villages Julianne could choose…why Declan's Cross?

Ten years ago, a thief slipped into a mansion in Declan's Cross. Emma's grandfather, a renowned art detective, investigated, but the art stolen that night has never been recovered and the elusive thief never caught.

From the moment Julianne sets foot on Irish soil, everything goes wrong. The well-connected American diver who invited her to Ireland has disappeared. And now Emma and Colin are in Declan's Cross asking questions.

As a dark conspiracy unfolds amid the breathtaking scenery of Declan's Cross, the race is on to stop a ruthless killer…and the stakes have never been more personal for Emma and Colin.

Declan's Cross is the third book in the Sharpe & Donovan Series.  I love this series! There's mystery after mystery and like any good mystery book I could not figure out the ending without finishing the book.

Emma Sharpe is an ex nun who becomes an FBI agent an arts crime expert.  I adore her because she's full of contradictions and I relate to her so well.  She is religious but doesn't preach. She's sweet but has a will of steel. She has gumption but can take help from others.  She is a wonderfully well rounded character.

Colin Donovan seems soooo sexy! He's a loner but when he meets Emma he becomes very intrigued and doesn't seem to mind partnering up with her.  Colin isAlpha male with a gruff personality.  I like that he's sneeky in a quirky way to.  I continue to read this series for it's characters, they are all wonderful.

In Declan's Cross biologist Julianne ends up in the same area as Emma and Colin.  The two become intrigued in a mystery and the investigation ensues. A killer is on the loose and Julianne has the answers, she just doesn't know it....

Another great read by Carla Neggers who weaves a mystery as wonderful as a spider weaves a web.

5 Stars!!!!

4 Stars!!!!! The Book Waitress by Deena Remiel

Camille Dutton learned early in life Satan was not to be trifled with. Escaping his evil clutches as a child, he's come back with a vengeance for her now.

Derek Galloway's inquisitive nature has led him to be an award-winning investigative reporter and straight into the path of pure evil.

When a child vanishes from a sleepy island town, Camille, its subdued librarian, becomes embroiled in Derek's investigation. A satanic cult has plans for the child, while Satan has plans for Camille and the rest of the world. Amidst evil of the most supernatural and human kind, Derek and Camille find a shred of light and goodness in the form of their budding relationship.

First in the Book Waitress Series, the portal between Hell and Earth will be torn asunder, and it will take everything Camille and Derek have and then some to close it. Satan won't go down easy, but nothing worth everything comes without a price.

Another excellent read by Deena Remiel!

Camille Dutton is a sweetly naive young woman who adores her job as a Librarian. She's good at heart and quite shy.  I liked her a lot.

Derek Galloway is a good guy trying to get the info needed to solve crime that has lasted years.  Most reporters are portrayed to be very jaded and sly where as Derek has been portrayed as a kind and and good natured report.

Children have been disappearing for years and there's unexplained deaths but everything seems to be swept under the carpet.  It takes Camille moving to the little island and Derek investigating to really stir things up.

This is an easy read and it flows well from beginning to end.  There's intrigue/mystery, romance and good versus evil.  I recommend you give it a try.

4 STARS!!!!
