I love Joan Swan's writing!  I've been pretty lucky at getting to review Joan's books, her writing style is clean, uncluttered and the story-lines are easy to follow. This series is the bomb, it's got everything I look for in books. Action, mystery, intrigue, romance and paranormal elements.  It's the perfect read to take me away from the every day deluge.

Halina has been hiding for years but has just been found by Mitch.  While her world crumbles around her she clutches to her secrets even more. With powers she doesn't completely comprehend she saves Mitch's life over and over. Mitch knows there's more to Halina's story and he intends to find out what she is hiding before time runs out.

Joan Swan is one of my favorite new author's out there.  I hope you will give her books a try because your missing out if you don't.  I give this book 5 STARS!!!!
