we make this bacon spread condiment called bacon jam..you say what?.. that’s right, we use niman ranch bacon and render it down along with onions, balsamic and other spices . It cooks for several hours until it is a perfect blend of smoky, tangy, savory and slightly sweet….basically spreadable bacony goodness!  USDA approved.


A savory alternative is found in our Fennel & Black Pepper Bacon Spread. The aromatic kick of black pepper and fennel adds a flavorful boost to any recipe you desire. I had the pleasure of trying this product recently and I really liked it.  It's a burst of flavour that can be added to almost any meal.  For instance, I tried it with pork chops, hamburgers, steak, eggs and even on just toast.  

It's a delicious alternative to the everyday spices I would normally use.  I know that given the chance I would absolutely taste test any of the products from this company. 

 If your like me and enjoy trying new foods or spices then I highly recommend you give this product a try because it was a wonderful addition to many recipes that had gotten boring, it made them new again and got my family enjoying the old recipes.
