My Sinickerdoodle Cookie Recipe (Cinnamon Cookies)

Here is my Recipe for a Snickerdoodle Cookie 
or as we call it Cinnamon Cookies.



2 Cups of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Shortening
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt 
A little Cow's milk when mixing to keep it together.

Put everything into a bowl and mix it with your hands.  When everything sticks together.
Roll little balls into a bowl of brown sugar and cinnamon. Place the cookies about 1/2 inch apart on a non-stick baking sheet or parchment.

Bake at 350F

for 6 to 8 minutes.

Makes about 2 to 3 dozen.  Depends on the size of your balls lol
