Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil Review & Giveaway!

I recently received a Quart of Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut oil.  I loved the packaging, you could tell that they cared how their product arrived.  Here's a few pictures.




I'm the type of person who has to try something the moment he gets it. It really use to drive my mother crazy when we go me new clothes for school lol I had to put everything on once.
Anyway, I decided to make a "Beer Butt Chicken" without the beer lol.  This is made by putting ingredients into a can and setting your chicken on top of it to cook.
In the can I put 2Tbps.  of the Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Oil.   2Tbsp. Soya Sauce, Salt & Pepper, 1tsp. Mrs. Dash Chicken Spice and 3Tbsp. Smoky BBQ Sauce.
I also made a rub with all these ingredients and rubbed it on the chicken.  Baked it at 350F for a little over an hour.
It came out perfect!  It was moist and delicious!  
I plan to use my coconut oil in a lot more of my cooking.  I loved the  smell of it and I wasn't able to taste it in the food.
I really recommend you try this product.
